(For Electric Scooters, Mobility Scooters, Electric Bikes, Mopeds & Motorcycles)**

Overview

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, eligible products may be returned within 7 days of delivery or in-store purchase, subject to the conditions below.

This policy applies to:

  • Electric Scooters
  • Electric Mobility Scooters & Wheelchairs
  • Electric Motorcycles
  • Electric Mopeds
  • Electric Bikes
  • Bikes
  • Electric Skateboards & Long Skateboards

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, the product must meet all the following conditions:

1. Condition: Like-New

The vehicle must be returned in like-new, sellable condition, meaning:

  • No scratches, dents, cracks, or cosmetic damage
  • No water exposure
  • No signs of abuse, crash damage, or unauthorized modifications

2. Mileage / Usage Limit

To limit depreciation, returned vehicles must show:

  • Electric & mobility scooters: fewer than 10 miles (15 km) of use
  • Motorcycles, Mopeds, Bikes: fewer than 25 miles (40 km) of use
  • (Units exceeding these limits may still be accepted but will incur additional restocking/repair charges.)

3. Original Packaging & Items

All original components must be included:

  • Original box and packaging
  • Manuals, keys, chargers, tools, accessories
  • Proof of purchase

Missing items may reduce the refund.

4. Inspection Required

All returns undergo a mechanical and cosmetic inspection.

Approval for refund is granted only after inspection verifies the above conditions.

5. Registration Status (Motorcycles, Mopeds Only)

Motorcycles or Mopeds that have been:

  • Registered,
  • Titled, or
  • Reported as ridden beyond the dealership lot are not eligible for return due to legal ownership transfer rules.

Non-Returnable Situations

A return will be denied if the vehicle:

  • Has been damaged, crashed, or heavily scratched
  • Has undergone unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Shows water damage
  • Was used commercially (delivery riding, rentals, shared use)
  • Has missing or replaced parts

Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee will be applied:

  • This fee covers inspection, cleaning, and depreciation.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection completion.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If the product was shipped to you, return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item arrived defective.

Defective or DOA (Dead on Arrival) Products

If your vehicle arrives with a manufacturer defect, please contact us within 48 hours.

These cases are handled separately under our warranty and are not subject to the restocking fee.

Return Process

1. Contact Customer Support within 7 days at: ScooterGymEquipment@gmail.com

2. You’ll receive Return Authorization (RA) instructions.

3. Pack the unit securely in original packaging.

4. Ship or return the unit to our store.

5. Inspection is completed.

6. Refund (minus any applicable fees) is issued.

We strive to provide high-quality commercial-grade fitness equipment and exceptional service. Please review our return and refund policy below.

  1. Eligibility for Returns
  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery or in-store purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product listing. Contact Customer Support at: ScooterGymEquipment@gmail.com
  • Equipment must be unused, unassembled, and returned in its original packaging.
  • Products showing signs of wear, assembly, or installation are not eligible for return.

2. Restocking Fee

  • All approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
  • This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and inventory processing.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Special orders or custom-configured equipment
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Installed, assembled, or heavily used equipment
  • Digital products or software

4. Condition Requirements

To qualify for a refund:

  • Equipment must be clean and free of damage
  • All manuals, accessories, and hardware must be included
  • Packaging must be intact or reasonably restored

5. Shipping & Transportation

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping or freight costs.
  • If the original delivery involved installation or assembly, those service fees are non-refundable.

6. Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, minus the 30% restocking fee and any shipping costs.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please include photos and a description of the damage.
  • We will arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost.

8. Exchanges

Exchanges may be allowed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the same 30% restocking fee unless due to manufacturer defect.

Warranty

We warranty for 1 year the frame from manufacturer defects on all electric scooters and electric bicycles.We warranty the batteries from any manufacturer defects and all electrical components for 3 months on all electric scooters and electric bicycles. We warranty manufacturer defects for 10 years the frame on all smith machines/gym equipment.We warranty manufacturer defects for 3 years all pulleys and cables on all smith machines/gym equipment.
